    • Hi Tony, what exactly do you mean when you refer to pole training?

      Perhaps you can drop us a short description of what you’re looking to achieve, and we’ll see whether it’s something that we can help you with.

    Oh I was referring to the rings training and the bars training for overall strength building.

    • Hi Tony,

      We are actually looking to start our strength and conditioning group classes soon. However, they are still in the works at this stage, so do stay tuned.

      In the meantime, if you don’t mind, you can drop me some information that would allow me to assist you in terms of providing general training advice.

      For instance, perhaps you have something specific in mind that you would like to achieve? Is there a particular skill or a certain level of strength or endurance in some specific exercises that you are aiming to attain?

      Some information that could be helpful in this regard would be, for instance, the maximum number of dead hang pull ups that you can accomplish in a single set, the maximum number of parallel bar dips that you can accomplish in a single set, etc.

      Give me an idea of your goals and your current strength and conditioning levels, and I will be more than happy to provide you with free training advice, to the best of my knowledge and ability.
